Terms & Conditions -- Paid Second-Opinion Advisory

1. Service Nature
This is a paid informational second-opinion advisory based on documentation submitted by the client. It is not an emergency service and does not include prescriptions, dosage changes, or legally binding diagnoses/treatment orders. The patient must consult a locally licensed clinician for medical care and treatment decisions.
2. Deliverables
Deliverable: (a) written advisory report and/or (b) video/voice consultation, depending on the booked option.
Delivery time: within the timeframe shown at booking, once complete documentation is received.
3. Eligibility
The purchaser confirms they are 18+ or have legal authority to act for the patient.
4. Fees & Payment
Payment is required in advance to confirm the booking. Payment is processed via Stripe. Receipts/invoices are provided via email.
5. Scheduling / Rescheduling / No-show
Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late arrival may shorten the session. No-shows are non-refundable.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
More than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: 100% refund.
Between 24 and 6 hours before the scheduled appointment: 50% refund.
Less than 6 hours before the appointment or no-show: no refund.
Provider cancellation: 100% refund or free reschedule at the client's choice.
Written reports already delivered are non-refundable regardless of timing.
7. Withdrawal (Distance Services)
Where applicable, statutory withdrawal rights may exist. If the customer requests the service to start immediately, they acknowledge that once the service is fully performed, the withdrawal right may be affected.
8. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
9. Governing Law / Jurisdiction
Spain, Valencia (without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable).
