We may also use service providers for hosting, email, booking, and secure document handling. These providers act under data-processing terms/agreements.

Health documents and advisory files: 24 months (unless a shorter period is requested and legally permissible, or a longer period is required to defend legal claims).

Accounting/invoices and mandatory tax records: 6 years.
